Our Classes
Beginner Classes
Our Beginner Judo Class is where every student’s journey starts. In this foundational class, students learn the essential skills that set them up for success—beginning with how to fall safely to protect themselves and others. They’ll also develop a solid grasp of the basic throws that form the building blocks for more advanced techniques as they progress. This class meets from 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM and provides a supportive environment where beginners can grow in confidence, coordination, and discipline.
Advanced Classes
Our Advanced Judo Class is the next step in a judoka’s growth and skill development. Building on the foundation laid in the beginner class, students dive deeper into the art—refining their falls, sharpening their throws, and mastering advanced techniques such as hold-downs, chokes, arm bars, and kata. This class focuses on turning solid basics into confident, proficient execution as students move from foundation toward true mastery. Class meets from 6:00 PM to around 7:00 PM and offers a challenging, supportive environment for those ready to elevate their judo to the next level.
